What are the dates and location of Conclave 2024?
July 31-August 4, 2024 in Phoenix, AZ
Sessions will begin on Wednesday, July 31st at 3:30 pm and conclude around 11 pm on Saturday, August 3rd.
What hotel are we staying at and what is the nightly rate?
Downtown Renaissance Phoenix, you can reserve your room here.
The rate is $147 plus taxes and fees for either a king of double queen room.
The rate is the same regardless of how many people stay in the room - but be sure to book as early as possible to ensure you get the number of beds that you desire.

Where do I register for Conclave?
Registration is being done through the myAcacia portal again this year at acacia.org/myAcacia If you don’t have a log in set up yet, or are having issues logging in, email mweber@acacia.org and he will assist you in getting access.
What are the costs of Conclave 2024?
Undergrads are $250 per member, each chapter will be invoiced $525 in March or April 2024 for two attendees (one undergrad and one alumni delegate), a discount code will be shared to chapters that have paid that invoice.
Alumni & Guests are $275 per person until June 1. $325 after June 1.
Friday Scholarship Luncheon Only $100 per person
Saturday Final Banquet Only $125 per person
Please note that hotel registration is separate from Conclave Registration.
What meals are provided as part of Conclave registration?
Friday Lunch & Saturday Dinner are the two full meals provided
All other meals are the responsibility of the attendee
What’s the schedule of sessions for Conclave?

What is the attire for sessions at Conclave?
All business sessions, Ritual, Friday Luncheon, and the Saturday banquet are all formal dress.
The Saturday night banquet will be “Black and Gold” themed, so bring black and gold formal for Saturday night!
All other breakout sessions, speakers, and roundtables require a collared shirt.
What’s the best way to get to Phoenix?
Depending on distance from Phoenix, it is up to you whether it would be better to fly or drive. If you are flying, the best airport to fly into is the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).
If I fly to Phoenix how do I get to the hotel from the airport?
Valley Metro Rail is $4 per person for an all-day pass, or $2 for 1-way ride. More information on fares can be found here: Fares | Valley Metro

There is a stop across the street from the hotel it is the Washington/Central Ave stop
It is about a 20-minute ride from the 44th St/Washington stop by PHX to the Washington/Central Ave stop.
You can rent a car if you are needing to be able to get around Phoenix to do any sightseeing.
There are also Uber & Lyft available as well.
If I drive to Phoenix how much is parking at the hotel?
The hotel only has Valet parking and it is $20 per day.
What is expected of undergraduate attendees?
Attend all sessions and arrive on time.
Be an active participant in conversations.
Represent your chapter well - both inside and outside of the hotel.
To follow all Acacia Risk Management Standards.
To take the information you gain back to your chapter to improve it further.
