California Founder’s Day

For those old enough to remember the name Avery Brundage - he was the 5th President of the (IOC) International Olympic Committee from 1952-72! He was known for closing Olympics remarks to state… “Best Olympics ever!”

For Acacia, the “best chartering/initiation weekend” ever occurred in Berkeley, CA at the rechartering of the California Chapter. Thanks to the scores of alumni, undergraduates and HQ staff for bringing back the second oldest chapter of Acacia - originally chartered on this day, April 15, 1905!

Team Acacia - not four years, but for life!
